C.L. Jos is an Indian author and playwright who is known for his contributions to the Malayali culture, Kerala theatre and social education. He is featured in the book ''Who’s who of Indian Writers'' and in ''The Encyclopedia of Indian Literature, Volume 2''. He is also referred to as a Playwright in the ''Handbook of Twentieth-Century Literatures of India''. C.L. Jos is the former Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Akademi chairman.〔 He is listed as one of the personalities that impacted Theatre Companies in Kerala.〔 C.L. Jos is occasionally mentioned by The Hindu newspaper,〔 The Times of India〔 and other media.
==Early life==
